Jessica Ryan E-RYT200, Owner Discover YOU Yoga and Fitness

My yoga journey began over a decade ago, and I have my husband to thank for it, as it was his invitation to a yoga class that set the wheels in motion. When the opportunity to explore a new career path presented itself and after discovering the life altering affects of cultivating a daily yoga practice, yoga teacher training was the obvious choice; I wanted to help others discover what yoga could do for them.  In the spring of 2013 I attended a month long intensive teacher training with Sandra Carden, a woman who played a huge role in bringing yoga to Northern Michigan in the early 90’s, and started teaching immediately after receiving my 200hr certification. After several years teaching at various locations throughout Frankfort and Benzie County, I dreamed of having my own studio and so, with the generosity and support of my husband, and the helping hands of my father, a master craftsman, I built one. It is an honor and my sincere pleasure to share my passion for yoga with others and I am so grateful for the opportunity to share it with you, I hope to see you soon!
